On October 27th, the 138th Canton Fair successfully concluded in Guangzhou. During the three-day exhibition, merchants from all over the world gathered in Guangzhou to join in the grand event.
Zhongnan Shenjian showcased two of its flagship products at the Canton Fair: the building formwork series (including film-faced plywood and commercial plywood) and the high-strength alloy steel formwork series. This not only deepened its cooperative ties with existing clients but also forged new partnerships with a large number of domestic and international partners, reaching multiple cooperation intentions. The company had a fruitful outcome, drawing a perfect full stop to this "Canton Fair journey."
Efficient Lead Generation: Global Buyers Flock In
Zhongnan Shenjian demonstrated remarkable capabilities in attracting global buyers at this Canton Fair. Through precise marketing and professional exhibition planning, it successfully drew in 251 effective clients from regions such as Southeast Asia, the Middle East, South America, Africa, and Europe. Among them, 56 highly interested clients engaged in in-depth discussions lasting over half an hour with Zhongnan Shenjian's staff, delving into product details, cooperation models, pricing structures, and other aspects.
These highly interested clients encompassed enterprises of various scales and types. They highly recognized the product quality and brand strength of Zhongnan Shenjian, expressing strong cooperation intentions. This achievement not only reflects Zhongnan Shenjian's extensive influence in the international market but also lays a solid foundation for its further expansion into overseas markets.
Booming Transactions: The Power of Large Order "Incubators"
At the Canton Fair venue, a lively scene unfolded at Zhongnan Shenjian's booth, where clients placed orders by paying cash in US dollars on the spot, fully demonstrating its impressive ability to convert on-site and recent transactions. In addition to on-site sales, Zhongnan Shenjian also collected a wealth of demand information, with a significant number of clients requiring 20 - 100 containers per month.
Key clients, such as an Egyptian client (with a monthly demand of 100 containers) and African clients (with a monthly demand of 50 - 60 containers), directly visited Zhongnan Shenjian's factory after the exhibition, with their orders now in the final confirmation stage. The "incubation" of these large orders not only brought substantial economic benefits to Zhongnan Shenjian but also further enhanced its reputation and popularity in the international building materials market.
Featured Marketing: Turning Traffic into "Retention"
To convert exhibition traffic into "retention," Zhongnan Shenjian employed a series of strategic measures. Before, during, and after the exhibition, it expanded its brand influence through multi-channel advertising.
